All in-stock orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped with DPD for delivery the next working day. If the item, you have ordered is a pre-order item this will be shipped as soon as stock arrives with us. (UK website only)

You have one hour after placing an order to add anything onto it without having to pay again for delivery. 

We are happy to take your call and place an order over the phone. However, we are unable to take card details over the phone for GDPR reasons. If you would like to place an order over the phone, please make sure your card details are saved on your account before calling.

We hope that you will always be happy with your purchases from Spa Parts Vortex, but things do go wrong occasionally. If you receive a faulty item, something is incorrect or missing please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All of our parts have a 12-month warranty and 15 months for any electrical claims from the date purchased.  If your part becomes faulty within this period, please get in touch with us to arrange a return. The item is tested, if a fault is found upon testing, we will issue you a credit or replacement.

Returning a part is easy and this can be done within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging. The item(s) will need to be sent back to us with a completed returns form.

There are a couple ways in which a pump can be identified;

• • Are there one or two amp ratings? (some single speed models will have two similar amp ratings on the same line of the ID plate, where as a two speed pump there will be a noticeable difference in low and high speed)
  • Inlet and outlet size

Please note, images of the pump and any ID plates are essential for us to be able to either find a direct replacement or suitable alternative.
